As an Insurance Claims Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient recovery and sale of assets for our insurance clients. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to maximize cash recovery by selling recovered assets in the market. Your expertise in claims management and asset recovery will ensure that our clients receive the highest possible value for their assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Recovery and Sales:
- Facilitate the recovery of assets for insurance clients, including but not limited to vehicles, equipment, and property.
- Develop and implement strategies for selling recovered assets in the market to maximize cash recovery.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding asset recovery and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and recovery goals.
Claims Processing:
- Receive and review asset claims from clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assess the value and marketability of assets, collaborating with appraisers when necessary.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends and conditions to make informed decisions regarding asset sales.
- Identify potential buyers and market opportunities to optimize asset sales.
Communication:
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the progress of asset recovery and sales.
- Provide clients with detailed reports on cash recovery achieved through asset sales.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and organized records of asset claims, recovery efforts, and sales transactions.
- Generate reports and summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (preferred);
- Proven experience in insurance claims management with a focus on asset recovery and sales;
- Strong understanding of asset valuation, market trends, and sales strategies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management abilities;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to develop strong working relationships;
- Flexible approach to working hours;
- Fluent in English, Spanish and local language;
